Take full responsibilities of the pastry and bakery kitchen.
Plan and instruct pastry production in a timely manner.
Maintain highest level of quality and consistency of products.
Ensure compliance with local ordinances, rules and regulations.
Implementation and enforcement of work safety / hygiene standards of all staff
Create and revise recipes according to market development and trends.
Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by company.
Minimum of 8 years experience in pastry / hotel industry, with at least 1-2 year experience in leading and supervising a team of chefs.
Excellent communication and management skills.
Strong training and leadership abilities.
Great aesthetic taste and awareness of cake designs overseas.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Work location: Kwai Chung
(Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Pastry Chef)
