We are looking for a Head Pastry Chef based at The Aberdeen Marina Club!
As a Head Pastry Chef, we rely on you to be:
Oversee the production of pastry and bakery for Banquets and all restaurants
Responsible for efficient control, stocking, dispensing and security of all commodities in all the designated Pastry kitchens
Ensure the service of food is completely to members satisfaction and to the standard required by the club and culinary management
Maintain the high standards of cleanliness and to align with company hygiene standard
We are looking for someone who has:
Have minimum 3 years of experience in similar capacity in hotel, 5-star boutique shop or branded bakery retail
Have strong communication skills, be able to drive a young team and collaborate closely with other chefs to ensure a smooth running of the operation
Have exposure in European style baking and be able to design seasonal menu, cakes and attend to special guests request
