Health Advisor

  • To assure customer satisfaction by providing professional customers service via tele-service.
  • To handle inbound calls on product enquires and complaints in accordance with accurate product information, standard Q&A, Abbott standards & code of conduct
  • To make outbound calls to prospective customers to build long term relationship, achieve retention & conversion through professional, ethical & high quality customer services
  • To fulfill sales orders from phone and digital channels
  • To prepare reports as requested by supervisor on call analyses, customer feedback with recommended solution & market intelligence
  • To provide support in marketing events e.g. conference, health talk, exhibition
  • Develop and maintain accurate & timely customer records in CRM system


  • Bachelor degree holder with major in Nutritional Science, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or equivalent;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer relations management in healthcare, FMCG or retail industry;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales;
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills;
  • Patient with good listening skills;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Be able to work under pressure, resulted oriented;
  • Good computer skills, familiar with MS Office applications.
