  • Provide helpdesk support to end-users and clients
  • Perform hardware/software installation, repair and troubleshooting
  • Network administration and system monitoring
  • Maintain and track hardware/software inventory
  • Liaise with service providers/vendors on warranty, maintenance and technical matters
  • Working hours: 2 shifts: 9am-6pm / 2pm-11pm
  • Shift allowance is provided

  Job Requirements:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Computer Networking, System Administration, Information Technology or relevant discipline
  • Good team player, self-motivated and good communication skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken Chinese
  • Punctual, hardworking and responsible
  • Immediate available preferred
