The Job:

  • Supervisor for a small team for helpdesk
  • Manage MyIT coordinator and AD system administration
  • Handle Email/File server backup restore request
  • Responsible for overall customer satisfaction in IT admin and logistic jobs
  • Handling customer enquiry and service request
  • Coordination with internal team for building up knowledge base for hotline support capability
  • Follow up on Logistic schedule, Asset disposal arrangement
  • Outstanding case monitoring
  • General admin work and manage equipment asset, Inventory control/update

The Person:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in general IT support and administration
  • Customer service-oriented
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong Communication & Interpersonal skills
  • Project management and coordination skills
  • Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
  • Good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
