Responsibilities:

  • To provide front line phone support to customer in Mac OS and Windows Platform.
  • To coordinate with different team to complete the request from customer  
  • Timely report and update the job status to team leader
  • To handle ad-hoc project on network account changes.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma in Computer Studies or related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Helpdesk experience
  • Work on non-office hours and shift duty may be required
  • Fluent in both English and Cantonese
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
