Helpdesk / Desktop Support Engineer

  • Install, support and maintain computer hardware and software infrastructure
  • Oversee daily computer systems operations and performance
  • Support and troubleshooting the MS Windows OS & mobile device(Android/iOS), remote support to end users
  • Analyze computer or IT problems reported and recommend improvement measures
  • Coordination and support IT project
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required



  • Higher Diploma or above holder in Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 years experience in IT support
  • Familiar in windows computer application and network knowledge
  • Strong support and troubleshooting skills in windows platform, MS Office
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English, Putonghua is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
