Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end users via the helpdesk
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and remote application
  • Troubleshoot and support laptop and software
  • Setup / Delete of accounts and configurations
  • Reset of Email or Active Directory user passwords
  • Escalate issues to desktop engineers for onsite diagnosis and resolution


Job Requirement

  • Diploma in IT or related fields
  • Knowledge in desktop troubleshooting
  • Familiar with Windows OS and PC
  • Good comprehension and communication skills
  • Shift Work (Day and Afternoon Shifts)
