Helpdesk Engineer (Fresh graduate are welcome)
As part of our helpdesk support team, the incumbent will provide operational support to stores, warehouse and office users via phone, chat, email and on-site
Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues with the operating system (Windows / Mac)
Assist in the installation and maintenance of hardware and software
Support Microsoft Office, Exchange, VPN, mobile devices, printer & etc.
Ensure proper documentation, notification, tracking, and following up of all incidents
Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
5 days working and require to travel to retail store for onsite support
Experience in daily operation support is an advantage
Good communication skills including spoken and written English and Chinese
Travel occasionally to Macau
