Duties:

  • Provide IT support and resolve technical issues for internal parties or colleagues
  • Support end user for their PC operation systems, network support, hardware/software applications and peripherals issues
  • Answering issues and requests in the areas of desktop computing, desktop applications, networking, remote access, telecommunications, and enterprise wide applications

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in IT, Computer Science or related discipline
  • At least 2 years of IT support or trouble shooting experience 
  • Knowledge of IT Applications such as MS Windows, MS Offices, antivirus products and networks infrastructure are preferred
  • A good team player and flexible
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
