Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support
  • Troubleshoot desktop computers and applications
  • Communicate with hardware and software vendors to ensure the provision of effective work orders
  • Cantonese and English communication skill

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Basic Knowledge in Server, VMware, PC, and LAN / WAN and networking equipment
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Effective team player and excellent interpersonal skills
