  • Perform helpdesk call handling, system support and office administration



  • Higher Diploma holder in business administration, IT engineering or related field, or equivalent with 2-4 years working experience
  • Must have experience in PC LAN Support and System Backup Operation
  • Experience in Helpdesk and/or Client Service are highly desirable
  • Experience in Chinese Processing is desirable
  • Good telephone manner and customer service skill
  • Work in different offices and overtime work are required
  • Good in both written and oral communication skills in both Cantonese and English
  • HK permanent resident is required
