Helpdesk Engineer

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support on the desktop and software running on it to the user community, and help to troubleshoot problems.
  • Procure, install, configure and relocate desktop computers, software, anti-malware technologies, telephony systems, printing and photocopy services and other peripherals.
  • Upgrade and patch desktop computers and software.
  • Keep track of an inventory of all desktop computers, terminals, peripherals and software items.

Job Requirements:

  • Holders of a Higher Diploma in a computer-related subject 
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or other Microsoft certified qualifications are preferred
  • Practical  experience in a similar position preferred but fresh graduates will be considered.
  • Basic Knowledgeable and skill in software, hardware, and LAN.
