The Job:
  • Provide helpdesk and technical support for internal users on: Desktop hardware, Microsoft Windows, Office, Outlook and networking
  • Setup and configure desktop/ Laptop or networking devices and provide technical support to End-users, responsible for computer health check regularly
  • Skills on supporting tablet or smart phones, and computer peripherals
  • Troubleshoot I.T related issues and report to line manager or supervisor on the issues.
The Person:
  • Higher Diploma in Computer Studies or above
  • 1 year support experience in IT industry
  • Knowledge of Windows XP, 7, 10 and Windows based applications (i.e MS office).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and positive service attitude.
  • Able to work independently
