Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with end users to provide technical support, installation, maintenance, problem diagnosis, backup, trouble-shooting and administration of applications
  • Provide network support and assist in monitoring of server and network equipment
  • Assist in managing hardware and software inventories
  • Undertake ad-hoc IT related tasks as required

Requirement:

  • Higher Certificate in Information Technology or related subjects
  • Knowledge / Experience in IT is preferred
  • Good interpersonal skill and communication skill
  • Good customer services skills to provide excellent service to clients
  • Immediate available
  • Provide on-the-job training to less experienced / fresh graduates candidates. It would be a great opportunity to step into the IT industry.
