What will you do?

  • Maintain the day-to-day control of Helpdesk System
  • Operate the customer service hotline
  • Track and ensure follow up actions for incidents are properly completed and recorded
  • Act as a communication channel between tenants and Management Services Office
  • Assist any other duties that are assigned by Customer Services Manager
  • Duty to work on shift (Include overnight shift) is required

Do you have a right profile?

  • Customer service / operation centre / property management experience is preferred
  • Matriculation or above is preferred
  • Good command of spoken and written English is a must
  • Good literacy in office computer
  • Able to work under pressure and work independently
