Helpdesk Supervisor

Optimum Solutions (Hong Kong) Limited

  • Candidate will manage a small team of L1 support.
  • Occasionally work and collaborate with IT leads in other IT offices and vendors.
  • Provide support for the Hong Kong Office.
  • Will be providing support towards the VIPs of the company.
  • Candidate must have 5+ years in End User desktop support.
  • Hands on experience with Microsoft technologies such as Office 365/2019, Azure Active Directory/Active Directory and Microsoft Teams.
  • Hands on experience with CISCO WebEx and CISCO IPT
  • Experience with basic networking for desktop troubleshooting.
  • Experience with basic desktop hardware troubleshooting
  • Hands on experience in Asset Management and Incident Management
  • Hands on experience with Software License Management and User Access Management
  • Well versed with Service Management KPIs/Dashboard
  • Well versed and experience in Service Desk Process Documentation
  • Experience with ISO 27001 Audit is an advantage
  • Possession of ITIL certification or knowledge is an advantage.
  • Knowledge and experience with Invanti Ticketing or any related ticketing technology is an advantage.
  • Possessing powerful communication skills
  • Strong command of both English and Cantonese
