Education requirements:

Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline

Experience requirements:
1 -2 years



  • Proficiency in Win 10 and Office 365
  • General IT support on desktop hardware and software
  • Responsible for installation of desktop hardware and software
  • Responsible for setup of AV equipment (projectors / video conference) in meeting rooms


  • Higher Diploma in Information Services or related disciplines.
  • 1 - 2 years relevant experience in technical support role.
  • Technically expertise in desktop and server equipment.
  • Knowledge in Windows Server and applications.
  • Immediate available is preferred
