Helpdesk Support - Banking Industry

Ambition

Responsibilities:

  • Provide the remote and on-site support technical support within the agreed service levels, covering desktop, mobile, communication systems and premium user support
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve computer, system and network issues
  • Ensures proper documentation, notification, escalation, and tracking and follow up of all incidents


Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 years' experience of end user IT Service delivery, covering desktop, mobile and premium user support
  • Experience in banking / finance environment preferred
  • Support Microsoft products, AD account administration etc
  • (Fresh graduate with IT experience will also consider)
