Helpdesk Support - Banking Industry


Provide the remote and on-site support technical support within the agreed service levels, covering desktop, mobile, communication systems and premium user support
Identify, diagnose, and resolve computer, system and network issues
Ensures proper documentation, notification, escalation, and tracking and follow up of all incidents

Higher Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
Minimum 1 years' experience of end user IT Service delivery, covering desktop, mobile and premium user support
Experience in banking / finance environment preferred
Support Microsoft products, AD account administration etc
(Fresh graduate with IT experience will also consider)
