Responsibilities : 

  • Responsible for server platform monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with different stakeholders for scheduled and non scheduled activities.
  • To handle daily duties include customer enquiry
  • Fault handling, report update and provide routine checking

Requirements : 

  • Diploma or above.
  • IT working experience as an advantage but not necessary
  • Customer service experience is an advantage
  • Positive attitude, Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
