Helpdesk Support Engineer / IT Support Engineer

Job Description

  • Coordinate with both internal technical support teams and external vendors for scheduled IT support activities
  • Communicate with customers, support teams and operators in order to deliver onsite IT work
  • Provide daily IT helpdesk support to in-house end-users
  • Perform routine IT operations such as inventory management, computer setup, software installation, printer and network configuration/troubleshooting

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Certificate or above in computer related subject
  • Experience in supporting end-users in Windows environment
  • With good analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation and good interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • At least 1 year’s working experience in technical support role would be an advantage
  • Immediate available is an advantage
