Helpdesk Support Engineer

Duties:

  • Respond to telephone call and email service inquiries from internal and external customer
  • Provide helpdesk and technical support for users’ requests in the areas of desktop computing   and applications
  • Provide software installation, upgrade and support on system and user workstations
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

 

Requirements:

  • Certificate / Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of Windows OS (e.g. XP and Windows 7) and common OA applications (e.g. MS-Office OR Lotus Notes) and IT security software
  • Experience in WAN/LAN, router/switch, network cabling infrastructure is an advantage
  • Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • HK permanent resident is required
