Helpdesk Support Engineer

Our client, the leading solution provider, is now seeking the candidate to support their  external project:


  • To provide technical support to end user
  • To provide IT helpdesk services to end user
  • Carry out daily system maintenance work including server backup, log checking, anti-virus definition update etc..
  • Desktop Support (work with other desktop supports in Beijing and Shanghai remotely)
  • Local inventory management (User devices/ Server room devices)


  • Higher Diploma or above in IT or related subject
  • At least 1-3 years IT or helpdesk support
  • Good spoken of Mandarin and Native Cantonese
  • Good Communication skills and team player
