Helpdesk Support Engineer

Function One Computer Services


  • Provide helpdesk support / onsite customer services to end users
  • Provide full spectrum of hardware / software support and troubleshooting
  • Escalate unsolvable cases to proper tier support team members

Requirements :

  • F.6 or above
  • Min. 1 year hands-on experience in customer service / helpdesk support
  • Knowledge on Information Technology / Computer Science is definitely an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English ( Fluent in English is a MUST)
  • Good telephone manner, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
