Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide a high level of Customer Service
To provide a high level of I.T. technical support
Engage in Technology Development and Delivery
Provide Technology Consulting and Planning

Requirement:
Experience in supporting Desktop and Laptop environment or Help Desk experience
Ability to work unsupervised & as member of wider team
Good , analytical and incident solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with all customers at all levels
Interested to join I.T. industry
Fluent in speaking English will be an advantage
Fresh graduate is welcome and training will be provided
