Helpdesk Support / Helpdesk Engineer / PC Field Engineer

Our clients are actively looking for new blood to join their infrastructure teams due to project expansions & yearly staff turnover. If you are looking for stable / large scale projects / teams with friendly working environment, you might be the right person for my clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site hardware maintenance service for Desktop PC; Printer and peripherals
  • Image clone for hard disk replacement

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma in Computer Science or above.
  • At least 2 years solid experience in provisioning and supporting of Intel based PC hardware and peripherals.
  • Familiarize to identify the problem area by different diagnostics program tools.
  • Skill in printer repair and down to component replace, e.g. Fuser, Roller.
  • Ability to work independently.
