Job Duties:

  • Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints via telephone, live chat and emails
  • Duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Shift duty is required


  • Diploma or above
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in English and Chinese word processing
  • Welcome candidates who have CS experience
  • Training will be provided hence contact center experience is not compulsory
  • Immediate availability is preferable
