This company is an international retail company based in Sweden which also has a strong presence in Greater China. As part of the expansion, they are currently looking for a Personal Assistant / Office Manager to set up the office in Hong Kong.
Our client is an international retail company based in Sweden, they sell electronic products such as face cleanser, tooth brush and other personal care products. The business has grown rapidly in the global market since its launch in 2013, especially targeting to grow further in China. They are planning to set up an office in HK and looking for a Personal Assistant / Office Manager to assist in the initial set up. This role will be a home-based job.
Assist Founder's family in relocating to Hong Kong - visa application, housing, school, maids and drivers
Handle any ad hoc tasks assigned by Founder and his family
Handle Founder's travel and business schedule
Coordinate with Shanghai and overseas offices in business operation
Assist in setting up the office in Hong Kong
At least 5 years' experience in secretarial support, especially in helping with relocation and house renovation
This job is home-based
Be highly flexible and capable of handling any ad hoc tasks
High fluency in English and Mandarin
Diploma or above
Annual leave 10 days negotiable
