JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the implementation of approved campaigns to achieve best results for acquiring and managing donors.
  • Manage and promote the Commemorative Donation Program, coordinate with donors on the orders and materials delivery.
  • Liaise with outside suppliers and in-house relevant departments to coordinate and manage the production of effective fundraising materials in a timely, high-quality manner and within budget.
  • Make warm calls to persuade existing individual donors to support monthly donation program or increase monthly donation amount (i.e. Conversion & upgrade calls), and regain support from quitted monthly donors (i.e. Reactivation calls).
  • Follow up on donation issues by making friendly calls (i.e. credit card expiry & default payments).
  • Update donor database upon acquiring updated contact information from existing donors, and generate reports to facilitate future planning on fundraising strategies.
  • Support donor events and participate in other Orbis activities, as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Post-secondary education or above, preferably with relevant experience
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with positive working attitude
  • Good presentation and communication skills, good telephone manner with confidence to interact with different people
  • Native Cantonese speaker with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
  • A good team player
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and other desktop publishing skills will be definite advantage
