Hospitality Internship

Reporting to the hospitality team, you will support the following areas:

  • Assist in managing headquarter projects to ensure they are launched successfully and timely
  • Work with various internal stakeholders to ensure projects are well-coordinated and consolidated
  • Assist in creating and standardising processes across all offices including overseas offices   
  • Preparation of weekly presentations for management meetings
  • Preparation of internal/external training materials and presentation decks
  • Managing ad-hoc tasks to support the team

Requirements:

  • Graduate of or current student pursuing bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, tourism, marketing or business related discipline
  • Interested in start-up companies, travel and retail industry
  • Have common sense, quick on his/her feet with a positive “can-do" attitude
  • Can work independently and not afraid to take ownership of projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and detail-oriented
  • Good team play with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  •  Ability to manage multiple projects and meet critical deadlines concurrently; effective use of time management and prioritization skills
  • Work well under pressure with tight timelines
  • Competent in MS Office (especially excel), Google applications (google slides, sheets etc.)
  • Excellent English and Mandarin
