Responsibilities
- To handle daily operation of the restaurant
- To serve and provide high standard of customer service
- Handle restaurant reservations and enquiries
- Prepare restaurant seating plans and allocate tables
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position, preferably in hotel or private member clubs
- Flexible on working schedules
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
