Escort guests to table, balancing the customer flow among the service sections, taking into account requests for a particular table or section, depending on availability.
Handle all reservations and inquiries
Prepare appropriate bill, present to the guest, collect and settle the bill
Diploma in hospitality management or related discipline
1 year experience in hotel industry
Willing to work on shifts
Customer oriented personality
Fluent command in Oral English
Willing to work in energetic and dynamic environment
Strong interpersonal and communications skills, outgoing and people oriented
