We are looking for a Deskside/ Helpdesk specialist for our government projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide PC Helpdesk Services to end users on PC hardware and software
  • Installation and maintenance support, and troubleshooting of PC and network problems
  • Support migration and update software and hardware 
  • Provide testing of PC hardware and software
  • Assist in procurement processes of IT products and services
  • Undertake any other duties as required by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in IT information technology or related discipline
  • Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
