Our client is a global supplies and services provider. As a result of expansion, they are looking for an IT Supervisor/ Team Leader (Helpdesk/ Deskside):


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage  and support a group of helpdesk and deskside team members.
  • Configuration and administration in Windows Server 2003/2008, AD/DHCP/File/Print server, Symantec backupexec including data backup and restore.
  • Train up the team to adapt to changing support environment and liaise with customer on the approach and execute within agreed scope and expectation.
  • Provide procedure and streamline process to work based on existing Operation manuals
  • Maintain the helpdesk service and deskside support service
  • Support VIP cases and provide update to customers
  • Experience in Monitoring Networks, Switches, Firewalls, VPN and etc.
  • Experience in network security solutions such as firewall
  • Knowledge on IT security / Risk Management and ITIL process.



Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in Information Technology / Computer Science/ Information Systems or related disciplines
  • 3 years or above IT helpdesk Supervisor experience (Less experience candidates will be consider in Team Leader) 
  • Experience with Help desk ticketing system (e.g. HP Service Manager, Remedy)
  • Experience in BCP/DR coordination or planning
  • ITIL knowledge is an advantage
  • Good English is a must
