Job Duties:

  • Handle customer call logging from hotline
  • Respond 1st tier customer enquiry
  • Accountable for the service performance including telephone service level and service quality
  • 5-day work per week with Saturday / Sunday shift duties in hotline call center with extra allowance

**NO cold call is required

Requirements:

  • HKDSE equivalent or higher
  • Minimum 2 years experience in contact center and / or customer service operation, especially on handling major account customer
  • Good in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Fresh graduates with positive attitude is also considered
