Responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming call from guest enquiries
  • Receive, record and transmit guest requests accurately
  • Keep track of and follow up all room service requests
  • Provide the administrative support in Housekeeping Department

Requirements:

  • From 5 or above with a Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Management
  • With relevant working experiences in hotel industry is preferred
  • Proficient in PC application
  • Excel telephone manner and interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills and organizational abilities
  • Good command in English, Mandarin and Chinese
