JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Communicate within Housekeeping Department and other departments
  2. Handle all phone calls in housekeeping department
  3. Provide administrative support in Housekeeping Department

 

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Minimum 1 year working experience in housekeeping department
  2. Excellent telephone etiquette in answering guest calls and requests
  3. Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
  4. Good Computer skills, familiar with Opera system would be an advantage
  5. Shift duties is required
  6. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
