DNA Recruit Partners is partnering  up with a leading International Law Firm and they are now looking for an experienced HR & Admin Assistant (International Law Firm | Legal, Corporate & Compliance) for their HR Operation Team. Newly created position, interesting opportunity with great job exposure, the successful incumbent will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of administrative support to the HR functions for the Hong Kong office located in Central, with development towards the reputable path in legal sector. 


  • Facilities Services
  • Provide cover for reception
  • Prepare draft and print business cards
  • Library support
  • Manage security cards

Human Resources

  • Manage, maintain and update the aCloud Recruitment system
  • Scans, edits and imports resumes and data into aCloud applicant tracking system and knowledge base
  • Coordinates and schedules interviews
  • Coordinates appropriate employment testing.
  • Post jobs and maintain job posts
  • Update the HR system, such as sick, annual and discretionary leave. Generate attendance and leave reports.
  • Responsible for new employee welcome packs
  • Coordinate and schedule induction training for new starts
  • Follows up with the related clerical aspects of employment, such as completing of MPF, health, employment and insurance forms, notifying the department of employee's starting date and the firm wide notification of new employees.
  • Assist with BVI, Bermuda and Cayman admissions
  • Assist with Hong Kong Law Society and Immigration applications, correspondence and filings.
  • Ad hoc projects


  • Diploma or above graduates
  • Fluency in English & Cantonese required
  • Minimum of 3 years previous office admin / HR assistant experience in legal or other professional services environment
  • Experience of providing office support to colleagues and clients in an international environment and on a non-face to face basis
  • Computer literacy a must – including MS Office
  • Self-motivated and "can do" attitude
