HR & Admin. Assistant / Officer / Senior Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reporting to the HR & Administrative Manager
• Assist the team for full spectrum of HR functions but not limited to payroll calculation, recruitment, leave & attendance record, compensation and benefits, staffing & employee relations, visa application and other employment related matters;
• Solid experience in handling visa application and restaurant licences application & renewal matters is an advantage
• Maintaining staff record and data in good condition by using HR system;
• Implement HR policies and procedures;
• Provide full spectrum of administration supports to head office and restaurants, including maintenance, restaurants operation supports, etc;
• Liaising with various vendors (including office supplies, maintenance and IT support etc.);
• Perform any ad hoc projects and assignments as requested 

REQUIREMENT:

• Diploma/Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline;
• Preferably minimum 2 years or above relevant working experience in HR & Administrative field; 
• Solid experience in F & B Industry is an advantage;
• Well-versed in HK & PRC Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations, tax laws (with exposure in HK taxation) and other related legal requirements;
• Analytical & detail-minded, pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving with good organization & interpersonal skills;
• Able to communicate effectively with staff at all levels;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing;
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Able to handle multi-tasks independently and work under pressure;
• Working Location: Wanchai
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as HR & ADMIN. OFFICER / ASSISTANT
• Immediate availability is highly preferable.
