HR & Admin Assistant (Receptionist)

l  Responsible for all round office administration duties, such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls and conference room reservation arrangement, stationery and sundries, office supplies management, .etc.

l  Handle daily attendance record and leave record management.

l  Assist to handle HR functions, such as recruitment process, MPF, Medical Scheme, Employee Insurance.,Etc.

l  Assist to ad hoc assignments and multi-tasks projects.



l  Diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline.

l  1-2 year relevant HR & Admin working experience (Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).

l  Good knowledge in HK Labour Ordinance and the related regulatory requirements.

l  Able to work independently, mature, multi-task.

l  Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing.

l  Immediate availability is highly preferred.
