Due to business expansion, we are looking for exceptional candidate to join our dynamic and fast-growing team to source for IT talents.

Responsibilities:

  • Support all HR and admin work from on-boarding to off-boarding, including contract scanning, filing, and data input
  • Assist in job posting and interview arrangements
  • Prepare monthly payroll, final payment, MPF applications, benefits, etc.
  • Handle leave records and other monthly HR reports 
  • Maintain candidate database on e-system

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years HR experience or relevant, preferably in IT or Banking industry
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to details, result-oriented, with proactive personality
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediately Available is an advantage
