Duties:

  • Responsible for employees record maintenance, monitor staff attendance and leave record; responsible to OT and final payment calculation;
  • MPF, group medical enrollment; conduct and plan the staff orientation for new joiners;
  • Carry out job advertisement posting, CV screening and interviews arrangement;
  • Responsible for all the administrative work for the company, including office supplies ordering, equipment maintenance, courier arrangement, meeting arrangement;
  • Handle travelling and accommodation arrangement, business visa application and renewal;
  • Assist in organizing staff activities and functions, such as Annual Dinner;
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • HKCEE/HKDSE or above; fresh graduates will be considered;
  • Willing to learn and responsible;
  • Able to work under pressure & tight deadline;
  • Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin is preferred;
  • Good computer knowledge in MS Office;
  • Immediate available is preferred.
