Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for administration duties such as daily operation, couriers, equipment maintenance and office supplies.
  • Handle incoming phone call and distribute to right destination at reception counter occasionally.
  • Provide clerical support including filing and data entry.
  • Responsible for HR duties such as attendance record & leave record.
  • Take an active role in managing the circle of job posting, drafting job advertisement, seeking candidates, screening cv and arranging interviews
  • Maintain staff record and HR system including payroll preparation.
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned by Seniors

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources or other related disciplines
  • At least 1 year experience, preferably in F&B industry 
  • A team player, pleasant, detail-minded, well-organized and positive working attitude
  • Willing to work under tight timeline& dynamic working environment
  • Proficient with MS Office. Strong excel skills is a must
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediately available would be an advantage
