Job Description:

  • Perform general reception duties including greeting and serving visitors
  • Manage conference room reservation and keep booking record updated
  • Responsible for general administrative duties, e.g. order office stationery, office equipment requisitions, office maintenance, mailing and courier arrangements, data entry, updating and filing documents, maintaining various records and outdoor work by required
  • Perform all-round Human Resources duties including maintain staff record, payroll calculation, handle work injury case, MPF and taxation, execute recruitment activities and remaining contact with NGO and others
  • To assist in ad-hoc project as assigned by company

 

Requirement:

  • Diploma in Administration or Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • At least 1 year experience, preferably in F&B industry
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to accept challenge
  • Knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislation would be an advantage
  • Knowledge in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
