HR & Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in all-round human resources and office administration functions
  • Back up receptionist when necessary
  • Perform in any other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree or above in Human Resources & Administration or relevant disciplines 
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, Chinese Word Processing and HRMS
  • 2 years' relevant experience in Human Resources is preferable
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
