We are a well-established property leasing, management and investment company located in Wanchai-Admiralty area, now inviting an experienced candidate for the position of HR & Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative duties, such as office equipment maintenance and procurement, office consumable, staff activities etc;
  • Assist in handling HR functions include but not limit to recruitment, attendance records, employee relations, performance review etc;
  • Maintain a systematic filing system and properly handle confidential information & materials;
  • Back up receptionist when necessary;
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above, preferably with tertiary qualification;
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience;
  • Good telephone manner, positive, effective communication of both spoken/written English and Chinese;
  • A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Skills in PC office softwares (English/Chinese);
  • High professional standard of integrity and confidentiality;
  • Mature, steady, and with ability to handle multi-tasks independently, hard-working and willing to work under pressure.
