  • Provide general administration support to the whole team in all aspects including office equipment maintenance, stationary management, mailing, etc.
  • Provide HR support such as payroll, MPF, tax filing, benefits administration
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR Administration projects such as staff activities / events;
  • Coordinate with the internal and external parties to handle day-to-day duties
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned 


  • DSE or above
  • Strong interpersonal skills, good team player, detail minded and able to multi-task
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel (V-lookup and Pivot Table)
  • 1-4 years’ administrative experience
  • Hardworking and proactive; 
  • Immediately available preferred
