HR & Admin Associate/ Officer

To meet our business expansion, we are currently seeking for a high caliber candidate and self-motivated individual to join our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Perform full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll calculation, staff Orientation, leave management, taxation and MPF administration in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Perform all-round office administration; including facilities management, equipment maintenance, handling office supplies, liaising with service provider
  • Handle HR & Admin payment request
  • Handle work permit application and renewal for expatriates and their dependents
  • Manage travel arrangement including transportation and expenses claims

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma in Human Resources/Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1-2 years solid HR experiences
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, taxation, MPF & other legal regulations.
  • Good command in English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is a MUST
  • Familiar with MS Office and Excel, including Chinese word processing
  • Polite and cheerful personality with good interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Immediately available preferred
