Responsibilities

  • Responsible for reception counter duties, handle incoming phone calls, courier, greet visitors etc
  • Carry out clerical and HR / admin duties in support of department's operations
  • Assist in other ad-hoc assignments
  • 負責前台接待工作,各部門信件、文件及物品收發及訪客接待等
  • 支援部門一般文書、人力資源及行政工作
  • 協助其他上級委派的工作

Requirements

  • F.5 or above, with 2 years working experience  
  • Pleasant personality with good telephone manner, initiative, mature and with good communication skills
  • 中五或以上學歷,2年或以上工作經驗
  • 性格親切,良好電話禮儀,主動積極,成熟及有良好溝通技巧
